The Seller must offer accurate product descriptions, photos and videos. To reduce number of returns, it is recommended to include informative descriptions and multiple images of the product.
Please ensure product/item information, categories, and tags are accurate. Misuse of tags, adding false information, or submitting another vendors images, will disqualify the vendor from selling on the platform
Please mention in your product description that with art pieces, there may be slight variation of product from photos due to different screen and camera color resolutions.
Make your return policy simple and easy to understand.
IF the product is not as described by the vendor, the vendor is responsible for a return fee. If the product matches the original description but the customer is unhappy, the vendor is not required to provide a refund or exchange. It is up to the vendor to decide if they would like to initiate a return and return.
Please choose your shipping vendors carefully as Engulf Art is not responsible for any damage of the products during shipping.
It is recommended to write a return timeframe for your products. If no timeframe is provided, the buyer can choose to return goods within 7 days.
Ensure buyers are informed on return requirements; does the product have to be in original packaging, what address do they send it to, do they need to include the receipt, etc.
Engulf Art is not responsible or liable for any misconduct of any of its members. All contact between you and other members, including any transactions or messages, is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to remove content (including images, items and item descriptions) and accounts containing content that we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, each seller/Artist agrees to have their product images be used as promotional content for Engulf art’s social media and advertising media.
Buyers that list any product or description with profanities or post discriminatory or illegal language, will be automatically removed from the platform. Buyers must also respect local copyright and intellectual property rights laws. Buyers must hold the intellectual property rights for any text and images you include in your listings. Buyers can only post one post per item and must have the item available in stock when posting.
The platform reserves the right to remove any item that is deemed to be unsuitable for sale the Engulf Art website.
To sell on our platform, you must be legally registered and VAT registered if your turnover exceeds the mandatory registration threshold of AED 375,000.
All products listed must be handmade or custom-made. Engulf Art reserves the right to remove product that do not match with the ethos of our platform to support talent and handmade artisans.
We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of sellers’ listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction or return an item.
When an item is sold, the seller will be notified by email of the sale and must accept the sale either by email or through the seller’s dashboard and ensure the product is available and that it can be shipped within 2 to 3 working days. The seller should ensure appropriate packaging and shipping of the item. Sellers who do not comply by these terms and fails to deliver products that are sold will be removed from the platform.
Listings, images, posts, feedback and messages must not contain contact details of any kind, including web addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, and must relate to a specific purchase or sale.
It is Engulf Art’s policy to not include contact details for vendors. If buyers’ have questions regarding the product/artwork, they will send an email through the platform and the seller will be notified and asked to respond. You must not use the platform to arrange a transaction outside the website or seek to avoid paying the platform’s fees.
Engulf Art carries no liability in any event or circumstance beyond our control.
